Great Mead Hall and Brewing Company
The best meads are made from fresh fruit and raw honey. At the Great Mead Hall, we seek to source local providers for our ingredients: We use local honey, cider, pear juice, blueberries, cranberries and Saskatoons. The mead is aged for nine to 12 months in an ambient temperature range of 65 to 75 degrees before bottling. Great Mead Hall is veteran-owned and our team takes pride in our old-school methods.
